Has Caltrain Sidetracked Your Daily Commute?

What you should know about Caltrain’s Bicycle Access and Parking Plan: A Presentation by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition (SFBC) was hosted by the Coalition for Alternatives in Transportation, San Mateo County (C.A.T.S.M'eo) on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Ladda's Thai Cuisine, 2053 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063.

The SFBC web site hosts a "BIKES ONboard FAQ."

The Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC) invites its members who bring their bikes on board Caltrain to join their "Caltrain Workgroup."

We invite you to give us your feedback and help shape the future of bikes on board Caltrain.

Alternate Transportation Equity

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed AB 1358, the Complete Streets Act, into law.

  • AB 1358 is a key measure toward meeting greenhouse gas reduction mandates in AB 32.
  • Planning safe streets and roads is important for children, seniors, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
  • The fiscal effect of AB 1358 is minor.
